The Society of HPC Professionals (SHPCP) -- invites you to attend:

A Lunch & Learn Round Table Discussion Meeting

Is your Company Configured for IT Success …

or are you headed for Certain Failure?

-     Have you noticed that IT regimes “come and go?” Why?

-  Many times the configuration and behavior of the host company is the problem.

-  If your company does not “enable IT” at the strategic, operational and technical levels, senior management expectations will not be met … and you might be gone!

Hear and discuss the organizational configurations and orientations that are necessary for the success of your IT function. Your awareness of the needs for specific organizational support will enable you to build the environment and the business architecture in which your IT function can be successful.  Failure to build and position the right architecture will lead to unmet expectations and poor performance in
generating the incremental business value that senior management is counting on.  Leave the discussion meeting with a list of critical actions you can apply immediately … for success.
